Important (subject to change):
You can choose to attend Day Camp even if your Pack or Den is not attending.
Packs and Dens may register their scouts' attendance, or Parents can.
All Cub Scouts are invited to all five sessions even if your district is not sponsoring the Day Camp.
You can choose to attend any session you wish, even if your Pack/Den is attending a different session.
Camp Stambaugh, June 19-21
Camp Butler, June 22-26 (5 day option)
June 24-26 (3 day option)
Camp Butler, June 29 - July 1
Camp Butler, July 9-11
All 3-day sessions are $105 early bird, and $115 after the deadline
The 5-day session is $130 early bird and $150 after the deadline
For Great Trail Council units that are part of the Adventure Fee, your cost will drop by $15 upon check-out. The reduction will be off of the price at the time of your reservation, so if you sign up after the early bird deadline passes, you would receive the reduction on the full fee of $115 or $150 depending on the session you choose.
Registrations must be paid in full by 11:59 p.m. on May 15, 2026 to receive early bird pricing.
If a Great Trail Council Scouting family is in need of financial assistance for Day Camp, the request for support must be in prior to April 1, 2026.
If you have questions about the financial assistance/Campership process, please click here. The form for submission of a request and directions for completion are available there. This form should only be submitted by Unit Leadership.

You may cancel at anytime up to 2 weeks prior to Cub Scout Day Camp 2026 event for a full refund. Cancellations after that are subject to a $10 processing fee and will only be given in case of extreme circumstances.
